Morning Prayer:
- Making sure the attitude of the heart and the priorities for the day are set right (giving thanks, overcoming strongholds, confessing sins and weaknesses, asking for help, praising G-d for who He is, giving Him His due place as Lord over my life)
- Placing all the plans and concerns before the Lord
- Making an effort to listen to Him and giving Him time to speak to me
Noon Prayer:
- Making sure G-d is still the center (stopping everything else, focussing on Him and praising Him)
- Remembering the lessons and instructions from the morning
- Asking for help, strength, intervention
- Praising Him for who He is
Evening Prayer:
- confessing sins, failures and mistakes
- thanksgiving
- placing the concerns and tasks back into G-d's hands
- forgiving those that hurt me and trespassed against me
- dealing with things that troubled and upset me during the day, or brought me to fall
- Praising Him for who He is
